Enjoyed a quick trip to the city at this hotel! Staff were super friendly and quick check-in was convenient. The grab-and-go breakfast in the lobby was hot with plenty of options. Elevators were speedy, and the location was fantastic for exploring. 🏙️ Bar drinks by Andreis were a nice touch every night. Room was cozy but adequate for a short stay. Only downside was the small breakfast area could get busy sometimes.

My recent stay was a breeze. The front desk sure is hustlin', never missin' a step. Their lounge was top-notch for chillin' after a long day. The restaurant kept my taste buds happy, and the free WiFi made my daughters' faces light up. My wife? Well, she's already planning our next adventure right here. Can't forget that bar—it's a sweet spot! And the fitness center? Let's just say it gave my hiking legs a run for their money. Cheers to a solid stay!

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The staff was accommodating, and the location was convenient for my work purposes. The amenities provided a comfortable setting for my business needs.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a designated business center where I could easily access printing and other office facilities.

There is a great selection of fabulous food for breakfast. Make sure you stay in the standard king room with bathtub, 2 full beds, for example. It is centrally located in Manhattan district near Times Square, the metro, restaurants, shops, restaurant in the morning, and the cruise terminal.

The Hyatt Place New York City/Times Square was a perfect choice for my stay with my 5-year-old son. The central location on a quiet street allowed us to explore many nearby bars and shops easily. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The jacuzzi was a wonderful way to relax, and we enjoyed visiting landmarks like Top of the Rock and Macy's, which added to our family bonding experience.

Jaw-dropping complimentary upgrade, above-average breakfast , amazing staff , Empire State Building view, quiet room despite being near elevator, fantastic location near Times Square and Penn station, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating staff, pleasant and helpful evening staff, made us feel super comfortable, the best!

Overall it was regular sized and functional with a view.

The total stay was really really nice on vacation. The property was centrally located close to a train station. Also, it was in a local area, just a short stroll away from a long-standing department store. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. Need to add that the city view was a good bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and competent and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place New York City Times Square only for transit during my travel and found the location to be extremely convenient. The nearest airport, LaGuardia, is just 15 km away, making it easy and efficient for travelers with layovers or short stays in the city. The modern air-conditioned rooms with tea and coffee making facilities provided a comfortable setting for a brief respite.

The disappointment came when I encountered the lack of consideration for my simple request to have two rooms located close to each other or connected internally.

Its location was magnificent and perfect, near restaurants, and in a fairly quiet area. It was close to Il Punto Ristorante, where you can have lunch. We had the king room which was great modern and brand-new on the lower floors.

The rooms are romantic and brand-new and complete with the sofa bed as well as the breakfast included.

The views of downtown New York from my room at the Hyatt Place New York City Times Square were absolutely stunning, providing a mesmerizing backdrop to my stay. The cozy sitting area and modern amenities made me feel right at home. Despite some hiccups with housekeeping, the staff's effort to rectify the situation by refunding a day's stay was a thoughtful touch.

Housekeeping services were inconsistent and not up to par with the hotel's standards, leading to multiple requests for room cleaning and trash collection.

The venue's position was central. The standard room was romantic and the bed was very big. The most important was the staff - extremely helpful and patient people.
